This historical piece of Eureka is looking for new owners. Built in 1878, this building has seen its share of uses. Since 2008 it has been run as Oberon Grill at which point the building went through major renovations and is built to last. A 60 year metal roof was put on at that time and is ready for solar. Features inside include the large dining and bar area with a capacity of 89. There is a mezzanine known as The Ruby Room which is often used for events and has a capacity of 49. The kitchen has been updated with new equipment within the last year and a half and there is a studio unit upstairs as well. The space is versatile and open, allowing for a variety of uses. Its location within sight of the gazebo is ideal for foot traffic and travelers. Outside seating established as well.
